A New Acquisition for Arcade

Arcade Marketing has acquired SAS Carestia, which is a leading producer of fragrance sampling solutions, including blotter cards.

Arcade Marketig is a a subsidiary of Visant Corp., and completed the acquisition of Carestia through its European subsidiary, Arcade Europe SAS, which is headquartered in Paris, France.

Carestia is based in Grasse, France and produces many types of products and packaging solutions made for fragrance sampling. Industry sources estimate that Carestia generated between $10 million and $15 million in sales last year.
